Inntel Hotels agreed and signed the turn-key contract of the so-called ‘North Building’ in Utrecht in cooperation with developing team Noordgebouw Utrecht vof. The 4-star hotel expects to open its doors mid January 2019, and consists of 162 luxury rooms, a wellness and meeting rooms.

Utrecht Centre!
The brand new 4-star hotel Inntel Hotel Utrecht Centre offers 162 luxury hotel rooms. The ground floor and first floor cover the food & beverage part, its restaurant. The top floor – 11th floor – is equipped with (meeting)rooms and a wellness area with several saunas and a swimming pool, all with a unique city view. Therefore, the hotel bears the name Inntel Hotels Utrecht Centre.
North Building
The North Building will find its way directly next to the Utrecht Central Station and the Hoog Catharijne, and therefore couldn’t be in any better location. The building highlights the dynamic appearance of the city of Utrecht. The North Building is circa 23.000m2 and consists of venues for offices, living, retail and hotel with catering. The final design is made by MONK architects and the development is in hands of Dura Vermeer Bouw Hengelo.
