Discover Amsterdam from the hotel room

The discovery of Amsterdam starts in the 279 rooms of Inntel Hotels Amsterdam Centre. Every room type has its own icon on the wallpaper. Did you know Amsterdam has over 1500 bridges? The wallpaper in the City rooms is dedicated to this icon.

If you live in Amsterdam it is possible to visit a different museum every weekend. The inspiring and unique print in the Spa room shows a selection of the many museums the city has to offer. Another unique feature of this room is the whirlpool in the room.

In the Wellness room tulips are the hero. This famous export product even had a song dedicated to it. The wellness facilities in this room will ensure a very relaxing stay.

The suites are modern and unique but also reflect the rich history of Amsterdam. Did you know the Vondelpark was named after the Dutch poet Joost van den Vondel? A typical poem by his hand about the city cannot miss in this room.. Out of the private sauna and the royal whirlpool or the design lounge sofa you imagine yourself in the Golden Age with today’s luxury.

Wellness club

Inntel Hotels Amsterdam Centre is the perfect spot for total relaxation. The hotel has a Wellness Club with a Finnish sauna, a Turkish Steam bath and a space to recover from the heat. Across from the Wellness club is the Life Fitness Gym. The walls here show a sunny Vondelpark making your work-out just a little bit more fun.

Bar Mokum

Start your night out like the locals with a “bitterbal” and alcoholic beverage in the cosy Bar Mokum. Mokum is a local nickname for Amsterdam. From the bar you have an excellent view on a very interesting display case. In there are items that were found underneath and around the hotel. When digging in the area remains of a castle wall were found that might prove that Amsterdam is even older then people think.

Amsterdam and its canals

Amsterdam is famous for a lot of things, but it might be known best for its canals. This is where you find those famous canal houses and those bridges.

Tip from a local: Sit on a terrace during a sunny day and watch all those different kinds of people that you will see in Amsterdam.
Not the ideal weather for sitting on a terrace? Besides the many museums Amsterdam also has a lot of fun (indoor) activities that will even teach you something like the Amsterdam Dungeon, Madame Tussaud or Bodyworlds.
