Inntel Hotels and development combination Noordgebouw Utrecht vof (Dura Vermeer Vastgoed and VORM Ontwikkeling) have signed the purchase agreement for a new hotel in the new Noordgebouw in Utrecht. The 4 star hotel is expected to open in January of 2019 and will have 162 luxurious rooms, wellness and meeting rooms.

Utrecht Centre!
The new 4 star hotel Inntel Hotels Utrecht Centre will have 162 luxurious hotel rooms. The restaurant will be on the ground and first floor of the hotel. On the top – eleventh – floor there will be meetinf rooms as well as a wellness centre with sauna’s and an ifinity pool. A with a unique city view. The hotel will have the fitting name Inntel Hotels Utrecht Centre.
Noordgebouw
The Noordgebouw will have a very convenient location next to the new Utrecht Centraal station and shopping mall Hoog Catharijne. The building will represent the dynamic appearance of the city of Utrecht. The Noordgebouw is about 23.000 m2 and will consist out of offices, appartments, retail, a hotel and food and beverage. The design for the building is made by MONK Architects and the realisation will be done by Dura Vermeer Bouw Hengelo.
The start
On Tuesday the 7th of March mayor Jan van Zanen performed the festive act for the start of construction of the Noordgebouw in Utrecht. The official action was taken by those directly involved. Karin Geurts: ‘Today the traditional 1st pile was driven, so we’ve officially started!’
Highest point
Time for a party! On Wednesday the 21st of March the highest point of Inntel Hotels Utrecht Centre was reached.
